Own an Affordable Home Care Franchise That Matters
Opening a business is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make. We’ve built the ACASA opportunity so that decision doesn’t require a fortune to act on.
Total investment to begin operations runs from $76,975 to $166,650, and that figure covers everything: your initial franchise fee, your opening marketing spend, and the permits and licenses required to operate legally in your state. There’s no second wave of costs waiting after you sign.
We keep the barriers low on purpose. We’d rather franchise with people who share our mission than with people who simply cleared a net-worth screen.
Own an ACASA Home Care Franchise
Get In on the Ground Floor of the Senior Home Care Franchise That’s Committed to Taking Care of Those Who Need It Most
Before Daniel Wong started ACASA Home Care, he was a successful executive in the pharmaceutical industry. When his father and grandfather became ill, he faced the same decision millions of families make every day: finding the best possible care for loved ones. Despite the many senior care brands in the market, Daniel discovered the industry lacked heart and soul, so he decided to build his own.
The company he built became one of the largest and most successful senior home care companies in California. After proving the business model, creating a world-class training platform, and developing programs to attract and retain top caregivers, Daniel franchised ACASA Home Care to help entrepreneurs succeed in the rapidly growing senior care space.
“I got into this business because it was personal to me”
Daniel Wong, President, and founder of ACASA Home Care
“It was urgent. I realized that I wasn’t alone in being disappointed by the status quo, and I decided to start my own because I knew I could do it better. Eight years later, I’m proud to say we’ve helped a countless number of people get the care they need, and we’ve delivered peace of mind to thousands of families who desperately needed it. I’m excited to franchise ACASA, and even though this is a crowded industry, the opportunity to own a thriving business is massive. There are so many people to help, and that need is only going to continue to grow moving forward.”
Why a home care franchise?
With 10,000 Americans turning 65 every day, demand for in-home care is accelerating. ACASA gives you a proven, family-built model to launch a business that’s both profitable and deeply meaningful.
Where ACASA Is Growing
ACASA franchise locations are operating today across California, Colorado, Georgia, Nevada, Tennessee, and Texas, with headquarters in Sacramento.
Every one of those states requires home care agencies to be licensed, and the requirements aren’t the same in any two of them. Our team has already navigated the process in each — so when you’re ready to open, you’re working from a path we’ve walked rather than reading a state health department website at midnight.
We’re actively awarding territories in these markets and expanding into new ones. If your market isn’t listed, tell us where you want to build.
What You Get for the Investment of a Home Care Franchise
For Entrepreneurs Who Are Ready to Make a Difference
Every ACASA franchise comes with a protected territory large enough to build a real business in, not a few zip codes you’ll outgrow in year two. You won’t be competing against another ACASA owner three miles away, and you won’t be asked to buy a second territory to reach a viable client base.
What that investment covers:
- Your initial franchise fee of $44,500
- Week-long owner training, in person, at our Sacramento headquarters
- Your opening marketing program and materials
- Permits and licensing support for your state
- Caregiver recruiting and retention systems built from an operating agency, not a franchise manual
- Ongoing coaching through your first year
We recommend having at least $100,000 in liquid financial resources available going in.

We Answer Common Questions About the ACASA Home Care Franchise Opportunity
How much does it cost to open an ACASA home care franchise?
The franchise fee is $49,500, and total investment to open runs $76,975 to $166,650. We recommend at least $100,000 in liquid financial resources.
Do I need healthcare experience?
No. Most of our owners come from outside the industry corporate roles, sales, operations, other businesses entirely. What the role actually demands is the ability to build relationships in your community, hire well, and hold a standard. We teach the care side.
Does the home care industry have real growth potential?
The population age 65 and over is projected to reach roughly 55 million by 2030, and the global home care market is already worth about $400 billion. Three forces keep pushing it: the Baby Boom generation reaching retirement, longer life spans, and dual-income families who need help caring for aging parents. More than 90% of seniors tell AARP they want to stay in their own homes even if they require care.
Which states can I open in?
We currently operate in California, Colorado, Georgia, Nevada, Tennessee, and Texas, and we’re awarding new territories in and beyond those markets. Each state licenses home care agencies differently, and we’ll walk you through your state’s requirements before you commit.
What makes ACASA different from the other brands?
Two things. First, our owners become their community’s referral hub — building working relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and senior organizations, which reduces readmissions for those partners and builds a steady client pipeline for you. Second, our commitment to veterans. It’s an underserved population, and serving it well earns a level of local trust that advertising can’t buy.
What support do I get after training?
Ongoing coaching, a web-based learning system your caregivers use, and direct access to the operations team. We combine that with in-person support where it matters — the parts of this business that don’t work over a portal.
How quickly can I open?
Timing depends mostly on your state’s licensing process, which varies from a few weeks to several months. We’ll give you a realistic timeline for your specific market during the discovery process, and our Quick Start Plan is built to get you generating revenue as soon as your license clears.
